So for me January means it's time to get my butt in gear!
No more nightly Christmas cookies and indulging every time I turn around!
I really like to get back on my workout plan in January and stick to it!
With the holidays being so busy it's easy not to take that time
for yourself but it's so so important!
One of my New Year's resolutions is to make sure I take time for myself daily.
It's easy to get caught up in working or your mommy duties
and not take that time for yourself.
My resolution doesn't mean that I have to get to the gym EVERYDAY...
but my goal is to set aside some time everyday for my spiritual and mental health.
Such as taking a walk/yoga if I can't make my spin class and/or
reading my Bible and meditating daily.
When I do get to workout I like to take a spin class or a sculpt class.
I am not really the person that can motivate myself
to be a "runner" or workout at home.
I think it is amazing when people have that motivation to run everyday
or do workout tapes without any formal commitment.
I like group classes with a motivating instructor, good music,
and friends always make it more fun!
Another thing that motivates me to workout is new workout gear! OBVY!
My latest Obsession is these new pink sneakers!
They new so comfy and only $64! They come in grey color as well.
I also absolutely LOVE high-waisted workout leggings!
I love that they suck in my mommy belly!! 😂
They are the best!... once I tried them I NEVER looked back!

I love the Onzie brand leggings for yoga-they have a
great price-point usually under $80!
But for spin or sculpting I like to use a thicker leggings
I hope this post motivates you to get moving!
It is so important to take time out of our busy lives for ourselves!
If we don't we ended up stressed out and unproductive!
But if we do take that time it will make us better wives, mommies and friends!
