NEW YORK FASHION WEEK & OUR STAY AT THE SOHO GRAND
This was my look for the first night of NYFW. I fell in love with it's midi length, with flirty trumpet skirt and ruffled off the shoulder neckline. This dress spoke to me because it is so feminine and also on-trend. September is a tricky month for fashion in my opinion because it isn't quite fall, but for sure heading that way. So this dress in my opinion was the perfect solution.
I am wearing a size 6 in this dress. I would love it layered with a thin turtle neck and cute booties for a fall look! Also would be the perfect dress for an outdoor fall wedding.

This was my daytime look for my first full day of shows, parties and meetings! I loved having this little jacket with me. It was the perfect light-weight layer for the cool breezes that came along with the rain! I absolutely love that it is reversible! The color is so amazing for fall and it's price point under $100 makes it a steal!

While in NYC, we stayed at the fabulous Soho Grand Hotel. This breathtaking hotel, soaring 17 stories high, offers stunning views of Downtown Manhattan. Our room was gorgeously appointed with a spectacular view of the Empire State Building! The bed (& bedding) was very comfy and luxurious, just what I craved after a long day in the City. Their service was truly impeccable! When I asked for a steamer and more hangers for my clothes, the staff was there in no time flat with a smile! I would highly recommend the Soho Grand hotel and can't wait to stay there again!

This look is currently 25% OFF!!! This is what I wore for the nighttime shows and dinner Friday night. I love these pants!! I feel it is sometimes difficult to find flattering flare silk pants- well these are ahhhhhmmmmazzzing! They are part of huge Friends & Family Sale at Ramy Brook (entire site 25% off)! They come in other colors but this hot pink color is so fresh! They would be so incredible with a pretty black bodysuit too! You could easily take them from office to party!
My top is also on SALE!! I love the rainbow print of this top because you can wear it with so much. Basically any color pants or jeans! It is a very versatile top that can be dressed up or down.

This was my look for the second full day of shows & parties! This entire look is currently part of the Friends & Family SALE as well!!!! (even my heels) The animal print trend is huge for fall as I am sure you have heard by now! I am obsessed with this take on that trend. You can dress this top up with a skirt or dress it down with jeans and sneakers. I love it's woven silk blend with printed slinky leopard spots. So good!
This pair of coated denim is the MOST FLATTERING pair I have found! I tried on EVERY brand and decided these were the best! They are great for curvy figure (hips & butt). They are high-waist and not too tight! Coated denim will also be a important trend for fall and winter so if you don't have a pair then I would for sure get one! These are also part of the 25% off Friends & Family SALE! I always buy my denim during these sales!!!

This was my look for the LIKETOKNOW.IT party. I absolutely LOVE this dress! It is so pretty and seriously hugs ALL your curves in ALL the right places! It is currently on SALE for the Friends & Family SALE!!!!
It would be the perfect dress for a holiday party and will go back to full price October 8th!!! I am wearing a size 6 and it fits me perfectly! I only was able to get two snaps of the dress due to the crazy NYFW schedule! LOL!
